Four Seasons Place accepts payment by cheque or bank transfer. Deposit is required for all monthly bookings and will be refunded to the guest within 30 days after check‑out.

The rate is inclusive of management fee, government rates, electricity, water supply, air-conditioning, local calls, kitchenette, housekeeping and linen change service, 24-hour concierge, access to pool and gym on 59/F. For direct booking, there will be no commission nor agency nor transaction fees applied. There are no other hidden charges.
